The creative team behind Hush and Ouija: Origin of Evil, Mike Flanagan and Jeff Howard, reportedly penned the script for a remake of the ’90s slasher I Know What You Did Last Summer, but details about the project have been minimal. Hoping to get answers about the project’s status, Bloody Disgusting reached out to Flanagan for an update.
“I don’t have any updates on [I Know What You Did Last Summer]. I haven’t heard anything in quite a while,” Flanagan revealed about the project. “Our involvement ended at the script stage, which we delivered and were happy with, but I’m not sure what’s happening now.”
